I had my first coffee at Starbucks in L.A., CA, then followed by McDonald's Iced Coffee in Vegas, NV and Keeffaa's coffee here in Iloilo, PH which I forgot what it is called. Lol
Basically I'm not a coffee lover, it's a waste of money where as you can make your own at home...practically speaking. As I had my first coffee shop experience it changed my mindset, it's not that bad after all. In fact, coffee shops are like a relaxation haven. It calms you physically while having a nice coffee and relaxes mentally. When I first came in Keeffaa Coffee. I felt the coziness of the place. Not that much customers because it's Sunday, unlike in Starbucks. Their coffees are more affordable than the others, less than 100 pesos or just about $1.50-$2.50.
In my own theory: coffee shops doesn't sells coffee exactly, it's the environment of a coffee shop - the aura or atmosphere of the place.
The coffee consumption increases yearly, especially here in Asia; many coffee shops arises. No wonder many business owners put up businesses like coffee shops, because coffees are one of the needs of people now a days especially those people who works, students and even seniors. I'm not an expert with coffees and not a coffee addict but I really enjoyed my coffee shop experiences.
PS. Fun fact about me, I prefer strong coffees like black coffee which taste bittersweet. 😂
